This accidental death insurance policy provides coverage 24 hours a
day -
whether you or a member of your family is at home, at work, playing sports or traveling for business or
pleasure. It pays for accidental injury medical expenses resulting for medically necessary
treatment including care in an emergency room or hospital room, dental work,
drugs and medicines, and rental of medical equipment.
Accidental death and dismemberment benefits cover loss of life as a result of
an injury within one year of the accident and loss of limb and sight. In addition to accidental death this plan provides the
following medical benefits:
- Pays 100% of Covered Medical Expenses after satisfaction of the $100 or $250
deductible up to the coverage maximum
